Milena Ricken enters into her first season as an assistant coach with Nyack College.

Ricken graduated from Nyack College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2020 and started her MBA at Nyack College that same year. She was a member of the women’s soccer team starting in 2017 and played three seasons during her undergraduate and two during her graduate studies.

During her time at Nyack College, she was inducted into the international honor society Sigma Beta Delta, was named CACC All-Academic Team 2018 through 2021, and was a team captain for two seasons.

With the end of her active playing career, Ricken is moving into assistant coaching. She is very familiar with Nyack College and the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) having played 75 games in a total of five seasons. Webb comments, “I am excited to have Milena transition to a coaching position with the program. She is a proven leader on and off the field. Her vision for the game will provide an immediate impact and set her up well as she starts her coaching journey!”

Milena holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Business Administration from Nyack College.
