Jersey City, NJ -- The Alliance University baseball program garnered its first conference win of the season with a strong strong offensive showing claiming the win with a final score of 9-4. Alex Camilo (Cambridge, Ontario) had an impressive game, going 3 for 5 with 3 RBI's to lead the team's offense. Eric Bittiger (Secaucus, NJ) also had a solid performance, driving in 2 runs with his lone hit of the game. Nicholas Korovich (Miami, FL) held the Purple Knights scoreless for four innings allowing only one hit. He threw a complete game to earn his first college win while striking out seven batters in seven innings. Korovich is currently fifth in the conference in total strikeouts.
