Chris Adekoya Beats NCAA Division II Provisional Mark in the 60m Dash Event

Jersey City, NJ -- Alliance University shows National Championship Caliber performances at the Big Apple invitational, located at the Ocean Breeze Sports and Recreation Center last night in Staten Island, NY. The night started with freshman Christopher Adekoya winner of the men's 60 meter dash setting a new meet record, breaking his own school record, and also running faster than the provisional mark for the NCAA Division II National Championships with a time of 6.82. Chris also broke his own 200 meter school record placing 8th overall with a time of 22.30.
