Jersey City, NJ - Sage Sumpter  broke the women's record in shot put and Christopher Adekoya set a new school record in the men's 60 meter dash. Chris, who placed third overall at the TCNJ Invitational Meet Saturday with a time of 6.9 seconds. This record was previously held by Josiah Cumberbatch (Sayreville, NJ) time of 7.05 seconds. Sage not only broke a school record with her throw of 13.16 meters but she also won the event. Another key standout was Kosiani Dunkley who placed fourth in the 5k race with a time of 16:30.8, a personal best.

THe teams will travel to Wager for their Ocean Breeze Invitational on Friday starting at 1:00pm.
