Jersey City, NJ - Alliance University loses to STAC 91-52 on the road. Isayas Aris (Chicago, IL) shines in men's basketball season opener. Isayas scored 13 points and pulled in 11 rebounds to get the first double double for AU. Joel Bailey (Old Harbour, Jamaica) also scored double digits providing 10 points as Alliance's only other double digit scorer. Joel added five assists to lead the team while Tavien Kemp (Olean, NY) led all players off the bench with nine points. The men struggled shooting behind the arc going 1-21 which equates to 4.8% 3-pt shooting.

AU men's basketball will stay at St. Thomas Aquinas to play Mercy College on Sunday November 13.
