Jersey City, NJ - Bloomfield opened up an 11-4 lead in the first set against Alliance University. AU could not catch up and fell 25-11 in the first set. The second set was a different story with women's volleyball fighting back hard and going into extra points. Bloomfield won the second set 27-25. Junior
Jada Hamilton (Cypress, TX) put her team on her back in the second set getting six of her 11 kills to help AU stay close the whole set. Freshman
Jordan Mack (Yorba Linda, CA) had her second highest number of assists with 18 in her career.
The AU volleyball team will be in action right away traveling to Dominican University Wednesday October 5 at 7:00pm.
