Logan Township, NJ -- The Nyack College women's cross country team was back in action at the Rowan Border Battle where the Warriors competed in the 6k open race. Grace Wells led the entire Warrior squad with a time of 29:15.6 which placed her 87th out of 149 runners. She was closely followed by teammate Julia Nelson with a time of 29:35.5 in 95th place. Madison Mattera (34:47.4), Hannah Simon (37:47.8), and Kathleen Lino (42:35.0) rounded up the scoring for Nyack for a 16th place finish. 

The Warriors will be back in action next Sunday when they compete in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Cross Country Championship.
