Nyack, NY - The Nyack College women's lacrosse team hosted the District of Columbia University Firebirds in a non-conference match on Tuesday afternoon.

Game Summary:

• Melissa Clapsaddle opened the scoring for the Warriors five minutes into the first half, but the Firebirds answered only 40 seconds later to tie the game
• Nyack went on a 15 goal run through the remainder of the second half to take a 16-1 advantage into the break
• the Warriors scored three more times in the second half, which finished with a final score of 19-2

Key Performances:
Melissa Clapsaddle led the Warriors with six goals and five assists. Freshman Shaylagh Devlin scored three times and assisted on four goals.
