Nyack, NY– The Nyack College volleyball team traveled to New Jersey on Saturday to square off the the Felician University Golden Falcons for the second time this season.

THE BASICS:
Final: Felician 3, Nyack 0 (25-18, 25-23, 25-16)
Records: FU (12-16, 7-10 CACC), NC (10-16, 9-8 CACC)
Location: Rutherford, New Jersey

GAME SUMMARY:

• Felician jumped to an early 8-2 lead in the first set and defended the lead to take set one with a score of 25-18
• the second set went back and fourth and saw several lead changed and tied scores, but the Golden Falcons were able to fend off the Warriors with a score of 25-23
• set three was close until the Golden Falcons started a 9-0 run with the scrore 13-12 to take the lead with 22-12, final score of set three: 25-16

KEY PERFORMERS:
Nyack was led by sophomore Kyra Zuhlke with 11 kills. Kaitlyn Massey eight kills.  

COMING UP NEXT:
The Warriors will be back in action at home on Wednesday when they host the Bloomfield College Bears for a CACC match. The game is scheduled for 7pm.
