Women's Volleyball secures postseason spot with win over Felician, 3-0

Rutherford, NJ - In a match this Wednesday, November 3rd, the Warriors defeated Felician University in conference play. The game would conclude in 3 sets with final scores of 25-19, 25-23, 25-22 in favor of the Warriors. With the win the Lady Warriors secured their spot for the postseason, being 4 games ahead of Dominican and Concordia, who have two games left.

Junior Lindsay Miller topped the Warriors offense with 8 kills against the Golden Falcons. Abbey Lawson and Megan Ma'afala-Maiava chipped in 7 kills each as well. Kelsi Collins led the Warriors with 3 services aces, helping Nyack to finish the night with a total of 8. Collins also led the Warriors with 24 digs. Freshman Kaitlyn Massey contributed 19 assists to the Warrior offense and was followed by Olivia Denny with 11. 

Up Next:
Nyack Volleyball will be back in action on Saturday, when they travel to New Jersey to face Bloomfield College in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference competition. The game will start at 12pm.
