WATERBURY, CT - The Nyack College women's lacrosse team played Queens College in a non-conference match on Mosley Field where the Warriors battled their way to a 19-16 overtime victory against the Knights.

How It Happened:
Post pulled in front 2-1 in the first quarter after goals by two Eagles. Nyack would scored three straight times to go ahead 4-2, but a goal by Post closed the gap to just one. After another Warriors goal, two Post players each scored goals to tie the game back up at 5-5. Each team would score once more in the first half (6-6).
 
The Warriors scored four of the first five goals of the second half to take their largest lead at 10-7. Karis Walborn (2), Karly Walborn (1), and Victoria Silvers (1) notched goals in the run. Post would secure two more goals before the the end of regulation but those efforts would not be enough as Nyack succesfully edged out their opponents on the road 10-9.

Nyack has concluded their regular season schedule with a 5-12 over all standing and 1-7 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) play, which did not qualify them for the league Championship Tournament.
