NYACK, NY - The Nyack College women's soccer team took on the University of Bridgeport in a non-conference action.

The Warriors would spoil the Bridgeport goalkeeper's bid for her sixth solo shutout of the year when defender Diana Hernandez scored off a free kick with just over 23 minutes to play. Purple Knight Kaitlin Occhipinti (7-2-0 on the season) had one save on the night stopping a Nyack breakaway bid.

The lone goal for Nyack would not be enough as the purple knights walked away with the victory, UB is now 8-2-1 while Nyack slips to 2-12-0 with the loss.
