NYACK, NY (September 12, 2013)

After four straight games on the road to open the season, the Nyack volleyball program (2-3), returned home to the friendly confines of Bowman Gymnasium to take on Post University.

As moments of the games grew intense, the Lady Warriors did not dissapoint, going 3-0, not even dropping a set on Thursday evening.

Match scores were close, reflecting 25-23, 25-22, and 25-23.

Head Coach Raquel Shaffer expressed,  "I love to watch my team work hard. Tonight was a great display of teamwork and talent. I am excited for tomorrow games."

Nyack will next travel to opponents at Pace University to partake in the Pace Setters Tri-Match.

Games are scheduled for 3&5pm on September 13th against Pace University and American International College.

On Saturday, September 14th, the ladies are slated to compete in another tri-match hosted by Molloy College, to play Molloy and Merimack College at 1&3pm.
