ORANGEBURG, NY (April 11, 2013)

Nyack Softball would host CACC foe, Dominican College at the Orangeburg LL Field in a doubleheader that took two days to complete due to a downpour at the end of game one.

The Warriors fought hard and tied the first game in the 3rd inning with a run, but the Lady Chargers would respond adding on three more runs of their own in the 5th inning to stretch their lead. 

The final score would show 10-2 just as the rain began to come down. After waiting almost 30 minutes the second game would be rescheduled for the next day where the DC Chargers would snatch a 9-1 victory in 6 innings. 

Nyack takes their home field again in Saturday, April 13th to face University of the Sciences in a CACC doubleheader scheduled for 3&5pm.
