NYACK, NY (October 4, 2013)

The Nyack College women's volleyball team defeated Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) opponent Felician College on Friday evening.

The Lady Warrior win marks their third consecutive victory on home territory and lifts Nyack to a 7-11 overall record while being 3-2 in conference play.

Senior Deborah Schendel (Great Falls, MT) lead the Warriors' offense with 10 kills while graduate student Michelle Makela (Cocoa, FL) recorded 12 digs on the defensive end for Nyack.

Volleyball will next host Holy Family University this Saturday, October 5th.

The 1pm contest will be held at Bowman Gymnasium on the Rockland campus of Nyack College.
